• Tabacco 1815 celebrates the excellence of the Tuscan Cigar.
• In 1815 a large quantity of tobacco, which was left to dry in the sun at the Florentine Factory by the river, was hit by a sudden and violent rain.
• In order not to �throw it down the river Arno�, it was decided to produce cigars for the people of Florence out of this amount of tobacco leaves.
• The production was an immediate success since tobacco was fermented in the water and the cigars had a completely different taste.
